If it is loose or there is a hollow sound, it might indicate the tiles were not bonded properly. WATER PIPES: Check the piping for water leakages, especially for an old flat or apartment. GROUT: After chemical cleaning for your tiles are done, there might be holes within the grout lines. Get your interior designer or contractor to patch it up.
