20 Message Mary Mark 麦凤仪 总务 HON. SECRETARY RCMA MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE RCMA continues to make remarkable strides into 2021, as well as for its members and the renovation industry. Though we are experiencing a challenging year ahead, I believe we can each do our part to be on top of the situation. I am confident that our efforts to stay united will get us through these trying days. Speaking of taking on a united front, we hope to extend this cohesive support to local homeowners too. Since renovating a home requires much planning and funding, making the homeowners feel at ease with such a major investment is our responsibility. This can be seen in our efforts to educate and inform homeowners on the importance in engaging the right interior designer or contractor. By conducting multiple talks and roadshows to guide homeowners, we educate them on essential renovation topics such as quotation breakdown and how to better manage expectations for budgets and timelines. This will lead them towards choosing the right renovation partner ultimately to meet all their renovation needs. In the coming year, we are also looking forward towards polishing the skills of our own members by fostering lifelong learning and upgrading endeavours amongst them. This will lead to a greater sense of community within the RCMA members.
