RCMA member Mr Nelson Leow says: We have to buy insurance for these workers, and to pay for their Stay-Home Notice and swab tests. It is also a concern whether these workers can settle down in their jobs. If we can produce and train more local workers in this industry, this could be a more sustainable solution in the long run.” This is where the newly-established RCMA Academy can step in to help.
