89 Master Bedroom Dressing the feature wall with wallpaper, Jian Wen wanted to bring a softer touch to the master suite. The mural wallpaper achieves the desired effect of injecting a cosy hotel-worthy style. Over at the other side, he utilised wood strips to adorn the wall and to better balance the overall look. Within the wood strip style treatment is a hideaway door which conceals the entrance to the ensuite bathroom. Dining Area Luxurious and lustrous surfaces make up the material palette of the dining area. Jian Wen explains more about the material selection: “We wanted to open up the space with a modern and sophisticated expanse, and using dark tinted mirrors and a beautiful dark marble tabletop met the design brief.” The mirrored feature wall adds to the impression of space and stretches the visual height of the double ceiling as well. Dry Kitchen With the homeowners entertaining on a regular basis, having a well- equipped kitchenette was very much necessary. Jian Wen installed an L-shaped counter which hosts ample storage for their food preparation needs. He also sourced for metal shelving to go with the feature wall to emit a floating and lightweight effect.
